Vodafone Ireland appoints SLA Digital as Managed Service Provider for Direct Carrier Billing

Irish mobile operator, Vodafone Ireland, has appointed SLA Digital as their managed service provider for Direct Carrier Billing for their 1.96 million subscribers.

SLA Digital has a previously long-standing relationship with Vodafone Ireland, providing the mobile operator with the platform to enable carrier billing. Vodafone Ireland’s customers are already able to make payments for digital content including app stores, streaming services and games by charging purchases to their mobile account.

The new partnership agreement means that Vodafone Ireland will be able to delegate new services to SLA Digital for onboarding, integration and business support. SLA Digital, in turn, will provide digital content providers with seamless access to carrier billing.

We are delighted to extend our relationship with Vodafone Ireland and become their managed service partner for carrier billing. By working with new digital content providers, we see this as a real opportunity to extend the offering of a secure and convenient mobile payment option to Vodafone’s customers,” said Kevin Drayne, CEO at SLA Digital.

SLA Digital provides carrier billing to app stores including Google Play and Samsung as well as digital content providers including Gameloft, Playwing, Spuul, MBC and Vuclip. To work with us, please contact emea@sla-ltd.com
