Upcoming Working Groups & Meetings Events

Our last GM of the year will be a hybrid meeting with a chance for Members to get together in London. There will be video conference facilities for those who are unable to travel. If you wish to attend please contact the aimm Executive Team to book your seat.

This meeting will focus on the continued importance of improving customer care, and the consumer journey. We will be looking at the opportunities of updating touch points for consumers, allowing for better access to the information and the customer care they need to resolve queries and issues quickly. Agenda:

• Phonecharges.org review to ensure the information is up to date and easily understood
• Review of education material and update where needed
• Forum presence: Can we create a forum presence that directs consumers to correct information and help solve their queries
• Customer Care Best Practice: Review and update the existing white paper
