Strategic plan

The strategic plan sets out aimm’s strategic direction for the next three years and is underpinned by objectives which will be agreed and reported on annually.

Member feedback derived from discussions and written responses, showed that aimm’s key deliverable’s to members are regulatory representation, tackling industry issues, supporting market growth and maintaining relevancy to members’ businesses.

Our three-year strategic direction developed by the Board, pivots on three key themes:

  • Commercial growth in micropayments
  • Improve industry communications and knowledge
  • Proportionate regulation and standards

Our strategy seeks to meet these requirements and ensures a stable platform for the continued representation of member interests. The environment for members is evolving rapidly with the effect of Brexit, excessive and complex regulation and rapid advancements in consumer technology. More than ever, our members are dependent on the stability and collaborative working that aimm provides.
