SLA Digital Welcomes U Mobile as Their Latest Mobile Operator Partner in Malaysia for Carrier Billing

SLA Digital has partnered with Malaysian Mobile Operator U Mobile to bring more digital content to their subscribers through carrier billing.

U Mobile’s customers will gain access to new services, with the ability to seamlessly charge purchases directly to their U Mobile phone bill or prepaid credit.

SLA Digital is pleased to add U Mobile as another carrier billing offering for their merchants, in addition to their other mobile operator partners in Malaysia. The announcement means SLA Digital is now in the position to offer merchants greater access to more mobile subscribers in Malaysia, helping them accelerate revenues with a seamless and secure mobile payment option.

SLA Digital Signs Global Framework Agreement with Telenor Group to Deliver Digital Content via Direct Carrier Billing

SLA Digital and Telenor Group, one of the world’s largest mobile telecommunications service providers, have signed a global framework agreement making SLA Digital a delivery agent for digital content to a number of Telenor subsidiaries across Europe and Asia.

The agreement offers Telenor subsidiaries access to SLA Digital’s ecosystem of local and international content that their customers can access via direct carrier billing. SLA Digital’s diverse ecosystem of merchants,including global brands,offers both one-off and subscription content across verticals including gaming, video-on-demand and music streaming.

SLA Digital is live with Telenor Myanmar, with other subsidiaries following imminently. Telenor’s customers in Myanmar now have access to more digital content that they can charge directly to their mobile phone bill.

Bango expands collaboration with Microsoft

Bango has expanded its agreement and integration with Microsoft Corp. to deliver carrier-billed payments across Windows 10 devices. As a result, charging payments to the user’s phone bills will become available to Windows Store customers.

With more than 110 million devices running Windows 10, consumers are using the Windows Store to acquire a vast range of applications and entertainment content that can be used across devices. For the first time, customers running Windows 10 on a PC or tablet will now be able to buy digital content by charging the costs to their mobile phone bill.
