Two panel discussions for your diary at the Global Carrier Billing Summit

Joanna Cox, General Manager of AIMM will be speaking at the Global Carrier Billing and Mobile Payments Summit in Amsterdam on Tuesday 29th September 2026

With the Global Carrier Billing and Mobile Payments Summit kicking off in exactly two weeks today, we wanted to share a couple of the talks Association for Interactive Media and Micropayments Joanna Cox will be speaking at.

On Tuesday 29th September we will be on the panel for ‘The Carrier as Content Distributor: From Billing Rail to Strategic Partner – New business models in streaming, gaming and broadcast competitions‘ at 14:30

Audio/video streaming, gaming and digital subscriptions remain among the biggest DCB use cases globally, but the panel now broadens beyond the “classic” streaming/gaming lens to include an established-but-resurging model: broadcaster interactive competitions (call-in/text-in/app-based TV competitions monetized via carrier billing and micropayments).

AIMM brings this Broadcast Competition Success Story to the panel as a proof point that carrier billing’s oldest content use case is still commercially relevant alongside streaming and gaming.

Following this at 15:00 we jump straight into ‘Consumer Trust Is the New Currency: Reframing the Future of Carrier Billing’ Panel discussing ‘Why the future of carrier billing depends on confidence, transparency and post-sale experience.
This panel will look at the long-term sustainability of DCB ecosystems in an age where trust and transparency is becoming increasingly important.

If you are attending the Summit we hope you will mark these two discussions in your diary.
