On 16th October 2017, aimm emailed to members, guidance regarding registering your business with the FCA if you fall within the scope of the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (PSR’s 2017) and are required, through those regulations, to notify FCA that you are taking advantage of either of the two exclusions that require notification.
This Guidance details who is required to register and recommends the information that you are required to provide.
It also details the role of the intermediary and the statement from FCA that these companies are not required to register with them.
