This information note is applicable to you if you are a Fixed or Mobile Network Operator providing access to Third Party Services for your subscribers and placing the charge for those services onto the communications bill for that subscriber.
This information note is also applicable if you are an intermediary positioned between the Network Operator and the Merchant supplying the goods or services to the Network Operators customer (thus facilitating the Merchant service) AND you take possession of the payment that flows between the Network Operator’s customer and the Merchant for the merchant’s services.
This note applies to parties in the voice based services arena as well as digital content (and services), tickets and charity donations.
