This letter was sent on 24th April to EU Ministers who will be involved in the next Parliament Trilogue (5th May) that will finalise the exemption for telecoms based payment facilities from Payment Services Directive. Despite the agreements set at EU Council, we understand that EU Parliament wish to reduce the values of the transactions to €30 from €50 and the monthly limit from €350 to €200.
