This workshop is to look at responding to the Payment Services Regulations 2017 which are currently in review.

aimm will look to respond to highlight our reliance on the exempted service status that enables mobile payments to operate, and additionally ask for the scope to be extended further.

We’d like to get Members feedback on increasing the £40 limit and potentially the opportunities round physical goods.
