Upcoming Working Groups & Meetings Events

Following on from the successful launch meeting and the important points of discussion that were raised, another meeting has now been booked for the following month to follow up on these time critical areas that will support consumers. The aim of this new Working Group is to share knowledge gathered by Industry professionals about phone-paid services to consumer groups that would benefit from receiving such information, with a view to building consumer trust, market longevity and avoiding blanket bars being place on accounts. SIM Pin education  and the issues around social engineering were the main focus from this first meeting, and will be important education pieces for consumers.
