A delegation of AIME Members from across the value chain sat down with PhonepayPlus on Thursday 1st May to discuss their concerns around the RFI process. Clarity was provided by PhonepayPlus on the triggers for RFIs and the circumstances under which cases will be reopened for investigation. Provider concerns were fully aired and several improvements were agreed to the process and the communication that takes place with providers.
