Sally Weatherall, founder and Managing Director, is a solicitor and highly experienced director (both within private companies and Plc’s) specialising in regulated technology businesses. A transformational leader with experience in Internet, mobile content and micro-payments, mobile operator, engineering and software integration businesses.

When supporting the client from within the client business, Strategic Brief employs a pragmatic and collaborative approach. Projects include establishment of an e-money business using mobile payments, compliance of mobile services (including service reviews and case management), and in-house legal and commercial support for M&A –  engaging with key stakeholders, employees, customers, the Board, advisers, regulators and policy formers.  A specialist in mobile payments, including premium rate service, Payforit, premium SMS, and e-money using mobile, Sally is adviser to (and former Chair of) the Association of Interactive Media and Entertainment (AIME), a founding director of the Internet Watch Foundation and has participated in the work of various trade associations and regulatory forums.
