Through 2024 and early 2025, aimm worked closely with both the Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA) and Ofcom during the transition of Regulatory power.
During this time we ran numerous member workshop, consultations and round tables to ensure Members were kept updated of this transition and the resulting in changes to industry regulation, to ensure all our members remained compliant during this change over. Following Ofcom coming into power aimm produced and ran Regulatory training through 2025 for those who wanted to have full understanding of their regulatory obligations.
